 If you would like to book an appointment; our receptionists  will be available during regular business hours.  They will tend to your after hours calls as promptly as possible.  Thank you.

 If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, please contact us a day in advance if at all possible.

 Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and bring with you all medications or supplements you are taking or have been taking, and your up-to-date medical insurance information.
 

LOCATION

Our office is located at 550 Fennel Ave. E., Hamilton, at the intersection of Upper Wentworth Street and Fennel Ave.. 

Patient parking is available at the building.
